Advanced CAD modelling and finite-element structural simulation optimise fluting geometry, stackability and load-bearing behaviour. Precise edge-crush and burst calculations give optimal pallet cubing and space utilisation — lowering shipping overhead and carbon footprint.
Prototypes are tested in our in-house lab to IS, ASTM and TAPPI methods — compression, edge crush, burst, Cobb, moisture and transit — so the first production run performs exactly like the approved sample.
